Harpenden in Bloom Competitions

We have some exciting Harpenden in Bloom Competitions this year, click here to read our Competitions Guide and find out more! From growing the tallest sunflower to creating a crazy container, designing an eye catching logo to making a scarecrow from recyclable materials, we have plenty to keep you busy!

You can enter as many competitions as you like if you are aged 4 to 16, the deadlines are listed below. 

Competition winners and runners up will receive a certificate and voucher presented by the Mayor of Harpenden at the Harpenden in Bloom Ceremony.

Design a logo: Friday 25 March 2022

Grow the tallest sunflower: Friday 24 June 2022

Grow a multiheaded sunflower: Friday 24 June 2022

Use the most creative container: Friday 24 June 2022

Make a recyclable scarecrow: Friday 24 June 2022
