7:35pm - 7:45pm - Welcome from Cllr Kirsti Wenn, Harpenden Town Mayor 

The Town Mayor for 2026-2027, Cllr Kirsti Wenn will be discussing her aims for the coming year and her chosen charities. As Town Mayor, she serves as both the ceremonial "First Citizen" of Harpenden and the Chair of the Town Council combining a ceremonial leadership role as Mayor with practical responsibilities in planning and council governance.

7:45pm - 8:00pm - Madeleine Clark, Community Services Manager, Harpenden Town Council

Madeleine will be updating the Forum with actions raised at the previous Business Forums, including the Business Mentoring initiative.

8:00pm - 8:20pm - Heather Scott, Head of Community, Harpenden Town Council

Heather Scott leads the Town Council Planning Committee and will be talking through the two large scale developments planned for Harpenden.

He has led and transformed sales organisations across global enterprises, scale-ups and PE-backed businesses including IBM, GE, Business Objects and high-growth software firms. Today, Andrew works directly with CEOs and leadership teams to build predictable revenue models, improve commercial execution, navigate AI-driven market change and prepare organisations for scale or exit.
