COVID-SAFETY
All gifts will be pre-wrapped and distributed by Santa and his elves who will all be wearing gloves & face masks.
Gifts will be received at least 3 days prior to the event so that they may sit before being distributed.
We will use the pavement markings outside of HA to ensure that each family/child maintains the 2m social distancing and there will be a one-way system.
In order to minimise the crowds, there will only be 80 bookings per one hour time slot.
Santa will sit inside the grotto, child/family will walk to its entrance (2m away - there will be markings to ensure this). There will be no contact between Santa and the child.
There will be no onsite/walk-up payments allowed.
Sanitizer will be made available.
All parent volunteers will be wearing masks.
There will be a max of 6 children per registration
Event will be outdoors and we will ensure there will be no congregating outside.
